After the food was served, a proclamation from the Grand Basileus, Bro. Antonio Knox, was presented to the Mighty Rho Xi Chapter for 40 years of service in the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. A live band and an open dance floor entertained the 130 people that attended the 40 year celebration.
